Women's problems are often seen as societal issues that need to be fixed, while men's problems are often seen as personal issues that they need to fix themselves/nMen are often told to 'pull themselves up by their bootstraps' when faced with reduced performance or challenges, while other groups are given support and resources/nThere is a double standard in how society addresses and acknowledges the structural disadvantages faced by men/nMen should not be gaslighted into thinking they can solve societal problems alone by trying harder or being less 'toxically masculine'/nThe patriarchy does not guarantee success for men, and there are societal issues that hinder their flourishing
