The Lack of Distancing
People don't realize how much they need to learn. There's a very specific definition of outcome, which is an outcome or the measurable beneficial effect on your customers and employees. You think about what are the benefits we want to create for them and how we would measure it. If you suddenly tell everyone, I do, no, we need to focus on outcomes, et cetera,. But there's a report. You need to fill out every week saying, I shift that project that day. Or how many approaches you have going on, and you can't change them. That's the lack of distancing I was talking about.
