4. (Strength) Grip test for strength

Strength is important and can be measured in multiple ways. One way is through grip strength, which can be tested using a hand-grip dynamometer. It used to be expensive, but now you can buy it for just $25. A minimum score of 40 kilograms is ideal, with no more than a 10% variation between your left and right hand. If you're below 40 kilograms (for males) or 35 kilograms (for females), you need to train it. Above 55 kilograms (for females) or 50 kilograms (for males), it can be added to your training but is not a concern if left out. It's an affordable tool for testing strength.
