Focus and Decision-Making Framework for Shutting Things Down or Doubling Down

Focus is important but often requires eliminating something. Making tough decisions about shutting down or doubling down on projects can be aided by two questions. First, do you still want this as much as when you started? If not, it's time to move on. Second, have you given it every possible chance to succeed? If not, keep pushing. Reflecting on these questions helped me decide to continue building my software company.
