Use It or Lose It

Allah gives abilities to people, such as the ability to see the light and appreciate it. However, if these abilities are not utilized, they are taken away. Just like not using eyesight for six months will result in blindness, or not using legs for six months will lead to inability to stand. People who repeatedly deny the light lose the ability to appreciate it. They become blind to the truth even if it is right in front of them. They keep moving away from the light, deeper into darkness, losing the chance to understand. Allah removes these abilities from them, leaving them in layers of darkness.
