Piketty is picking apart one of those switch moments that Piketty talks about. He's looking at change that did happen in Mario Sullivan's case, it's changed that really didn't happen or tried to happen but didn't. And interestingly for the discussion we had earlier about elites and non-elites, as I say, this was a contestation that was taking place between two, two different aspects of dimensions, essentially the same elite.
