The Compassion Crisis in Health Care

Most healthcare professionals are committed to upholding a high standard of care, but unfortunately, there are instances when that standard is violated. In 2013, a patient planned to record his doctor's instructions after a colon scope procedure, but accidentally recorded an incident where the doctor and medical staff were engaging in vulgar behavior. This incident is not representative of the majority of healthcare professionals.
