In a Boston high school bar, fights were a common occurrence due to honor culture. Nowadays, honor culture has been replaced by dignity culture where people trust the law. Dignity culture is about not letting words affect you and going to authorities if things get out of hand. However, Washington DC and Texas still hold on to honor culture, which is ironic.
