The job take-up rate for women working from home was significantly higher than those working in the office, even when practical constraints were removed. Work-from-home more than doubled job take-up, while offering higher wages only increased job take-up by a small percentage. Women's decisions about job take-up were more influenced by the option to work from home than by higher wages.
