The limitations of physical tools

Computers have revolutionized thinking by allowing us to break free from the limitations of physics and physical objects. Unlike paper-based systems, we can now create nonlinear and non-hierarchical structures thanks to digital files. This opens up infinite possibilities for creativity and exploration. The canvas or graph view in apps like Obsidian or Muse is just a means to an end, a playground to create something beyond just a canvas.
