NOTE

The Dangerous Form of Distraction

Procrastination in the form of checking emails or doing other work-related tasks instead of focusing on important tasks is a dangerous form of distraction. This behavior leads to prioritizing the urgent over the important, resulting in avoidance of tasks that were originally intended to be done. Justifying these distractions as work-related tasks can be detrimental as it hinders productivity and delays the completion of essential work.
