*Process hampers innovation *
I actually think a well-run company is partially chaotic. I think like innovation in process are inversely correlated. Arguably, Netflix expresses this really well in their famous sort of 110 page PowerPoint cultural deck of processes designed to prevent errors and mistakes, but it actually handicaps high performers and innovation. So I think a well-run company intentionally should feel like fairly messy, actually.
