To transition from one law to the next, you must face your fears and let go of your own identity. Embrace the identity of Jesus and live in his likeness. Love your enemies and find the love you've been searching for. It requires faith and trust to do the terrifying act of letting yourself die. Apply this to your marriage by focusing on loving, rather than being loved. By making a commitment to judge how to love, instead of who to love, you can successfully navigate the transition from one way of life to another.
