Hyper-visual Neuroscientist Discovers Connection Between Bodily and Auditory Rhythms

As a neuroscientist, I tap into a different part of my nervous system through activities like speed bagging and running, which help clear out mental clutter and allow subconscious thoughts and ideas to surface. These rhythmic movements disrupt our predictive brain and open up pathways to the subconscious. While some people experience this while swimming or running, I personally achieve it through speed bagging. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to access this state through meditation, but sleep and dreaming also provide a pathway to our subconscious.
