We've Got 400 Million Guns on the Ground

We've got 400 million guns on the ground, and it doesn't even seem dimly possible that it will be hard to get your hands on one for the foreseeable future. We could talk about a gun by back and a change of the second amendment, or sa and and that, politically seems totally hopeless. But perhaps it's not. And perhaps that's the thing people should be focused on.
