The process of transitioning to living in the present moment involves initially battling between thoughts and feelings, but gradually, the internal struggle diminishes. Eventually, it becomes easy to simply close your eyes and return to being, walking through the world with the majority of attention on being present. This transition allows for a reduction in random thinking and the ability to use thinking as a fine tool when needed.
