Debunking the Importance of Form for Injury Prevention

The belief that maintaining perfect form is crucial for injury prevention is not strongly supported by research. Studies, including meta-analyses comparing rounded back versus straight back deadlifting, suggest that the traditional view of rounded back lifting increasing the risk of injury may be misleading.
