A Theory of Relevance and a Theory of Relevance Realization

A theory of relevance realization must incorporate internal processes. The goals governing relevance realization must be constitutive goals, part of a self-organizing autopoetic system. Relevance realization processes must be multiscaler, self-correcting, and capable of self-transcendence. There is a distinction between a theory of relevance and a theory of relevance realization.
