**⚡️⚡️ ‘ thesis- antithesis foreign policy w each change in Administration **
Over the last 30 years, U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East has exhibited a pattern of inconsistent shifts, akin to schizophrenia. Each new administration has tended to react against its predecessor’s policies, creating a cyclical pattern where momentary strategies are defined not by their own merits but as the antithesis of previous approaches. The transition from Clinton to Bush marked a significant pivot towards an anti-policy stance, which was later countered by Obama, whose strategy revolved around rejecting Bush's policies. Trump further shifted the narrative by crafting a policy that was a direct response to Obama’s strategies. Biden’s administration reflects some stabilization, influenced by historical context, yet still illustrates the underlying oscillation in U.S. policy based on the ideologies of successive administrations.
