Founders Are Not Born Knowing How to Manage a Board
I think it's the same for my personal thorapis, but i thin ats a different story. Some c coaches kind of overlape what thereiis is and most people prefer to keep it seperate. Founders are not born knowing how to manage a board. In our own board meetings, we found out that people don't like being presented to for the majority of the board meeting. Presentations are great to get people started, but you don't want to spend three quarters of the time in presentation. on them, but just the time is right. They're a signal or sign this is not an exact science. It's levelling off, and you start hearing saying things
