The 75 Hard program consists of five basic components including reading nonfiction daily and taking a progress picture. After completing the initial phase, participants move to phase one, which includes additional tasks such as three critical power list tasks, 10 minutes of active visualization, and a five-minute cold shower for 30 days. Following a minimum 30-day break, participants can start phase two, which retains the original 75 Hard program without additional tasks from phase one. Finally, after completing phase two, participants move to phase three.
