NOTE

Learning Loop: Experience, Reflect, Abstract, Action. If You Consume Others’ Abstractions You Have Illusion Knowledge

When searching for information, people often make the mistake of looking for the answer instead of going to experts for nuances and details. To truly learn something, one must follow the learning loop: starting with an experience, reflecting on it, creating a compression or abstraction, taking action, and then repeating the process. Many times, people consume other people's abstractions or compressions of knowledge, which gives them the illusion of knowledge but not the actual knowledge. It's like following a recipe without fully understanding the steps; the creator of the recipe would immediately know what went wrong. Actual knowledge comes from going through the learning loop and experiencing the results for oneself.
