When it comes to interviewing, there's no holy grail of questions. I come prepared with 200 questions in my mind. The first question is just the beginning, leading to more insightful questions that take me deeper into the person's soul. By the sixth answer, I often reach where I intended with my initial question.

Cal (@calfussman) is a New York Times bestselling author and a writer-at-large for Esquire magazine, where he is best known for being a primary writer of the "What I Learned" feature.
