It is fascinating that Nephi, the youngest brother, broke his bow and the family's reliance on him for food is evident. The language used by Nephi, taking ownership of the situation and being proactive, is highlighted as an example to emulate, as it reflects the idea of being an agent willing to act rather than waiting to be acted upon, as expressed by Elder Bednar.
