Resistance to Accusations of Fascism and Nazism

The Tea Parties, with their aim of restoring the Constitution and reducing government intervention, were labeled as fascist and Nazis. However, these accusations do not have much impact on the right, as there is a long-standing institutional memory of such accusations being used on anyone and not inviting reflection.
