Delegate, Do, Defer, Project Check

Tasks should be classified into four categories: delegate if possible, do if it can be completed in two minutes or less, defer if it requires more time, and check if it is part of a larger project or outcome. Delegated items should be handed over, tasks taking two minutes or less should be tackled immediately, items requiring more time should be deferred and organized accordingly, and any task that may be part of a project or multi-step outcome should be reviewed to ensure completeness.
