Is There a Way to Foster More Independence?

i think right now people are terrifieda failing. Ndas long as they're terrified of making a mistake and failing, never get a tintes. I mean, einstein says, we can't fix mistakes with the same thinking that we used to create those mistakes. And that's what we're doing. We're just terrified of making mistakes. They need to be it's ok to believe in yourself. The last thing i want to touch on before we brought this up is how do we teach crit thinking? How do we teach critical thinking to kids?"
