In just four years, we grew our business to $500 million and had 1,000 employees. Our travel company, Jet Center, was a huge success. We even reached a valuation of $650 million. Eventually, we sold the business for $250 million, and later it was sold again for just $5 million. Despite this, I believed it was the right time to sell due to the industry dynamics. Discounting became rampant, even among top retailers like Macy's, which hurt our business.
