NOTE

Healthcare in Germany and America: A Personal Experience

In America, people hesitate to call ambulances due to high costs. However, when the author was a student in Germany, they were pleasantly surprised by the efficient and accessible healthcare system. They easily got an appointment at a nearby clinic, received appropriate treatment, and were relieved to learn that healthcare costs were covered by taxes. The next day, the doctors even called to check on their well-being, a level of care not experienced in the United States. This experience made the author realize that the US healthcare system is one of the worst in the world and should strive to learn from better systems like Germany's.
