One group, classified as de-cells, views themselves as enemies of injury due to their skepticism towards the inherent benefits of advanced technologies and the belief that technology can have both positive and negative impacts. They advocate for caution, prudence, and government regulations to protect vulnerable populations globally. This perspective contrasts with the optimism of others who believe in the free market and the inherent goodness of advancing technology. The de-cells, or 'doomers,' as they are sometimes called, emphasize the need for thoughtful consideration and proactive measures to mitigate potential harms and safeguard marginalized communities worldwide.
