Only your standards matter
Choosing a career that aligns with your authentic self is essential for long-term success. Faking passion is unsustainable as genuine enthusiasm for your work will ultimately outshine superficial efforts. Success should be measured against personal standards rather than external accolades. Consistent effort and incremental progress are key in both career and personal growth.
