Considerations for Safety and Diversity in Alcoholics Anonymous

Alcoholics Anonymous has become more diverse, but there are still groups that lack diversity. We need to consider who is missing from our meetings and why. Are people from different racial backgrounds, sexual orientations, and identities feeling welcome and comfortable? We should strive for inclusivity and make sure everyone feels greeted and accepted.
