Handling Stage Mishaps and Maintaining Calmness

During live events, there have been times when the next speaker couldn't be found. In those moments, we have to either drop them out and bring in the next person or stall for time. We can't communicate with the current speaker, so we have to get creative. Personally, I remain calm and start thinking through the options. My adaptability and arranger skills help me find solutions to the problem at hand.
