And if it doesn't work out, you don't throw em under the bust in saying, see, i told you so, and i've lost faith in you. You you've got to continue to which i think that is the oprthere still is the chance for the manager of a company to take the shots when things go wrong. That's what it means by the risk piece, right? Handing off tat ownership is let that risk.
