Elan musk will own it. He probably will have other investors come along with him. Some banks are lending him money, but it's his. We don't know who he intends to have run the thing day to day. Ifif he will do that, like he runs tesla and spacex to his other big companies,. or whether he's going to bring in someone to sort of run the thingday to day. now there's just going to be what elon must get the top of this pyramid.
