All Right, on to the Next Stage of Development

All the last got selected for the county around about the age of 14 to 50. And they found this transition from club to county very easy. It's quite quick. They quickly assimilated themselves in their county teams very, very quickly. Then they spoke very much of the same transition from county level to national level when they played for England. One thing that we found that they missed out on by because the transition was so quick is the opportunity to upskill themselves in psychological skills. For example, the performance evaluation wasn't really required because they were doing really well. So there was nobody to ask them to reflect on their performances. And arguably later in their life when they turned pro and the
