Children Learn Best by Observation and Immersion

Children learn a tremendous amount by observing and imitating the actions of the people around them, such as helping in the kitchen and observing what's important for adults. They are remarkably subtle in learning from others through watching and listening. Many parents feel the urge to teach children like in a school setting but, in reality, children do not need to be taught; they naturally learn by immersion in their environment.
