NOTE

The Light Triad: A Counterpart to the Dark Triad

The light triad consists of three components: Kantianism, which treats people as an end in themselves; faith in humanity, believing in the fundamental goodness of humans; and humanism, treating every individual with dignity and respect. Research shows striking gender differences between the light and dark triad, with 90% of dark triad individuals being men and 90% of high light triad individuals being women. This has led to a discussion on the selection bias in leadership roles, where dark triad men might have an advantage in climbing to the top compared to dark triad women who may face more challenges.
