Efforts to Dismantle the Administrative State
The Fifth Circuit has teed up major cases to destroy the administrative state and limit government oversight. These cases benefit wealthy people and corporations, allowing them to do whatever they want without interference from the government, including buying elections. The Supreme Court may not go as far as the Fifth Circuit wants, but even a few steps in that direction would shift the Overton Window and undermine the administrative state's power.
