Rethinking Immutable Laws and Contingent World States

Immutable laws of the universe are not necessarily separate from the changing states of the world; they might be intertwined. Rather than viewing laws as timeless and unchanging, it is proposed that they could be influenced by the state of the world. This perspective suggests new possibilities and challenges the traditional dualism of separating laws from contingent states of the world.
