To become stronger, smarter, and more sociable, one must see oneself as a complex adaptive system that needs a lot of experience to develop. This experience involves facing threats, fears, setbacks, criticisms, and fights, and persevering despite them. Similarly, to get smarter, one must expose themselves to other ideas and viewpoints, embracing political and viewpoint diversity. Lastly, becoming more sociable involves looking at situations from the other person's point of view and being interested in their wants and needs. Taking charge of one's own development is crucial, as relying on older generations or technology can hinder growth.
