Contradictions exist regarding the hiring of women in equal numbers as men and valuing their diversity while suppressing their unique qualities./nSome individuals, particularly old guard feminists, may be hesitant to discuss cyclicity and hormonal changes due to a history of mistreatment based on these factors./nThe assumption that there is only one correct way to be (male) is problematic and should be rejected./nDespite the perception of unpredictability, hormonal changes in women are actually highly predictable./nTestosterone levels in men are reactive and influenced by external factors such as sports team wins or losses./nMen's testosterone levels may contribute to their association with high-status men./nHigher testosterone levels are observed when a sports team wins and decrease when a sports team loses or when a political candidate loses.
