And what they are getting at is, by people staking their coins in order to do the validation of the new, supposed a protocol that's going to be rolled out with etherium, that there's regulatory capture happening at the exchange level, because people are incentivi so just take their coins on, put em on the exchange, and then all of a sudden the government can come in there and tell the exchange what it is they are or aren't going to do with all those coins that are being staked into into the exchange's hands.
