The challenge lies in balancing generalization and specialization in product development. Building a versatile and usable product that serves different use cases while not limiting its potential is crucial. Specialization allows for deeper and richer conversation value, but neural language models provide a way to generate quality conversation without the need for complex rule-based systems. Neural language models do not require in-depth knowledge of linguistics and are relatively simple in their approach.
