Phenomenal Conservatism

There's this other tradition called phenomenal conservatism. It says that if something appears to you to be the case and you're without a computer for that belief, then you at least have some promofacy justification for thinking that it's so. Other phenomenal conservatives think all of our beliefs are grounded through what they call scheming.
