Your book tends to pos conservatism as the repository of tradition and liberalism as the repositor of reason, or at least a particular type of reason. So does that actually work out thogh? Is it the case that these things are necessarily intention or isIt the case that conservatism tries to bring these things together. I think there are two different er ways of thinking about a law. There's a rationalist way of thinking about natural law, and there's an empiricist way of natural law. In this rationalist natural lawyers are actually quite similar to rationalist liberals.
