Patterns of Re-teaming

Re-teaming can occur through growth and split, where teams grow larger then split into smaller units. Conversely, re-teaming can involve merging, where multiple teams come together, often observed during downsizing. Innovation by isolation allows a team to work independently on new initiatives, fostering creativity and addressing emergencies. Lastly, re-teaming includes switching, which involves moving team members from one team to another.
