Being nimble and not being tied down by sunk costs is crucial in being supple, as it allows for a more flexible and adaptable approach. Recognition and evaluation in a big company may not always reflect the true impact of one's efforts, but it's important to focus on the change being made and the connections being created, rather than seeking validation from traditional evaluations.
