The Tax Credits Are Still Direct Pay, Right?

In the previous version, my impression was that they were all had been converted to direct pay. But then some people came in and persuaded him to have a little bit more of an open mind about it. The good news is that coops and munies will still have that option. A lot of the clean electricity projects, wind, solar, et cetera, are owned by third party companies. And utilities really need to own this stuff in order to rate base it and profit off of it.
