People learn when they're ready to learn./nPeople act when they're ready to act./nThere is nothing that can be done to propel someone forward if they are not ready./nSometimes, however, we can talk through why people do not want to change and what benefits or change may be involved./nOne example of this is an example from the speaker's past where they worked with a large organization and they advised a person in charge of communication that they first needed to narrow down the messages they wanted to communicate and then vet them with the executive team./nThis was in order to ensure that the messages were powerful and that the person in charge of communication would have control over them.
